Sharyn Devereux-Blum

Sharyn - Director of Devereux-Blum Training and Development Limited (1998) .

Sharyn is an experienced facilitator, trainer, teacher, consultant and coach who has a real passion for working with people of all ages. Sharyn is the co-director of the company. Life-long learning is one of her core beliefs and facilitation is an area of focus Sharyn finds very rewarding. She regularly facilitates and consults nationally within organisations.

Sharyn holds a Master of Education degree, Diploma of Teaching, Advanced Diploma of Teaching, Diploma of Teacher Librarianship, and a Diploma in Facilitation.

A passion for training, Paul has worked in the area of consultancy, training, facilitation and coaching for most of his adult life. Paul is the co-director of the company.

Leanne heads our office administration and customer service team

 

 

Leanne heads our Office Administration and Customer Service team. Her work supports all our logistical requirements by managing administrative tasks, developing resources and maintaining contact with clients ensuring that we meet their needs. Unless she is out meeting clients or supporting our training delivery she is likely to be your first point of contact when you telephone our office.

We currently have a number of other people with skills and experience in facilitation that join the team as required.
This allows us to assist clients throughout New Zealand and Australia and service larger contracts as required.
Recent contracts include group facilitation for local Government and NZ Government Ministries.
